When you order, we collect your name, email, phone number, pickup or delivery details, order notes and any photos you upload for a custom order. Card details are collected by Stripe, not by us.

Only to prepare and deliver your order, contact you about it, take payment, keep business and tax records, and answer your questions. We don’t sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers that help us run the shop: our ordering platform and hosting, Stripe for payments, and email or text providers for order updates. They may use your data only to provide those services.

Order records are kept as long as needed for business and tax purposes. Custom-order photos are stored privately and can be deleted on request once your order is complete.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by contacting hello@honeycombandrye.com. Your browser keeps your bag on this device only; clearing site data removes it.

If you live in California you have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to limit use of sensitive information. We do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the past 12 months. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Categories collected: identifiers (name, email, phone), order and commercial information, and images you upload. Sources: you. Purpose: fulfilling and accounting for orders. To make a request, email hello@honeycombandrye.com; we may verify your identity and will respond within 45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission.

Our site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
