Allergen & Food Safety Disclaimer

Shared kitchen
Everything we make is prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat (gluten), milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, sesame [add or remove: fish, shellfish, other]. Even items without these ingredients may contain traces through shared equipment, surfaces and air.
We cannot guarantee that any product is free of any allergen. If you have a severe allergy, please talk to us before ordering — we may advise against it.
Ingredient information
Ingredient and dietary labels on our menu are provided in good faith but may change when suppliers change. Ask us for current ingredients before ordering. “Gluten-free”, “vegan” and similar labels describe recipes, not a certified allergen-free environment.
Your responsibility
Tell us about allergies in your order notes. Please share this information with anyone you serve our products to, including guests at events.
Custom orders and decorations
Decorations may include non-edible parts (supports, dowels, wires, flowers, toppers). Remove them before serving. Some colorings and decorations contain additional allergens.
Storage and handling
Follow the storage instructions given at pickup. Items with cream, custard, fresh fruit or cream cheese must be refrigerated and eaten within [number] days.
Food business disclosure
[If you operate under a cottage-food law, many states require wording such as: “Made in a home kitchen that has not been inspected by the State Department of Health.” Otherwise list your health permit number.]
